We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment was clean and cute, with a welcoming gift of wine and cheese upon arrival. The staff, especially Ilderin, was kind and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center and marina. The area was beautiful, with a scenic promenade along the coastline and a harbor with yachts and boats. We also appreciated the quiet and calm atmosphere, as well as the proximity to a supermarket and the beach.

I keep returning to this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with currency exchange once. The amenities, like beach access and a tennis court, are superb. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

Our stay at Sun Spalato Beach was absolutely delightful. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and stylish furnishings. We were impressed with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and Split old town. The apartment was also impeccably clean and well-stocked with towels. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sun Spalato Beach.

In terms of drawbacks, we did experience a minor issue with ants when leaving food around, but we understand that this is common in ground floor apartments during the summer. Additionally, the apartment was a bit darker than expected based on the pictures, but it didn't majorly impact our stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

The owner was fantastic, very welcoming. He met us off the ferry and took our luggage with me and the kids straight to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, very comfy and easily slept seven of us. The owner had left us some of his own wine and some bread and snacks too, which was very appreciated. The apartment is situated less than five minutes walk to a sandy beach. The supermarket is just up the road and there are many places to eat near the apartment.

The kitchen is small with no oven or sink draining board. We didn't want to cook, but it might have been a bit tricky to do so.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and city center. The host was friendly and helpful, recommending the best places to visit. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, fitting our group of 7 perfectly.

Incredible location, easy self check-in, down the street from the beach, walking distance to attractions. Cozy space with lots of amenities including Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. Helpful and friendly host, airport shuttle available. Quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Perfect for cycling, fishing, snorkeling, and enjoying the nearby golf course and tennis court. Access to the beach and cots available. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. We highly recommend this place!
